Based on our mandate to realize community benefits from major infrastructure developments in the Region of Peel, PCBN is constantly working with developers, labour unions, local businesses and social enterprises, and members of the community. Together, we create employment, apprenticeship, and social procurement opportunities that uplift the entire region, especially equity-seeking groups and historically disadvantaged populations.

How to Get Involved
In partnership with employment service providers, we help Peel Region residents enter a career in their profession or area of expertise. In line with infrastructure developments, PCBN focuses on connecting residents to employment opportunities in construction.
At PCBN, we work to build the future of our community. We work with construction and trade unions to connect youth, newcomers to Canada, and individuals interested in construction to various apprenticeship and training opportunities in skilled trades.
